Services If you wish to take service from our company, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your service. You have to provide complete details of what you want from us, contentment related to that, your budget and other relevant information. Payments We have two type of payments methods for one time service we have 50% advance payment once deal is finalized and 50% after completion of services for monthly services like digital marketing and other are billed on a monthly basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring. We collect payments through Online/ Cheque/Debit Card/Credit Card. No cash is allowed. We are connect to many third party payment gateway for this. Refunds Refunds are applicable only when development has not been started yet or work has not been started. Once we do the coding/services there will be no refund. For monthly services you have to email one 10 days prior to service for ending the service. Links To Other Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Kuchvi Consulting. Kuchvi Consulting has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Kuchvi Consulting shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. Changes We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
